Today we observed an excellent visibility of 80 miles on average under partly cloudy skies. Conditions are dry, with dew points in the upper 30's, and a humidity of 31% by the 1 P.M. observation. Wind was northwesterly, being calm in the afternoon hours. The max gust so far today is only 13 mph.
