A NEAR CLOUDLESS DAY WITH WIND BECOMING LIGHT IN THE 
AFTERNOON....

Today we observed fair weather and very good visibility
with wind becoming light and variable in the afternoon.
A visibility of 80 miles was seen throughout the period
of observation, with only a few clouds in the distance.
Pressure has begun to drop following noontime, and cloud
cover has started to increase following the 1 P.M. 
observation. The high so far today is 32F, 4 degrees 
below the normal of 36F. The low since midnight is 
18F, a degree under our daily normal minimum of 19F.
