BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2015   ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME TEMPS DIP INTO THE UPPER 20S OVERNIGHT, DRY CONDITIONS CONTINUE WITH 1.71 INCH DEFICIT FOR THE MONTH The coldest temperatures of the month so far came in overnight, as our minimum thermometer dipped to a low of 28F just before the 7:00 AM EST observation. Temperatures did not fall fast enough yesterday to avoid another day of above normal conditions, with a maximum temperature on Monday of 59F, 9 degrees above the daily norm.  Another day without precipitation has increased our monthly and annual deficit to 1.71 inches and 8.65 inches respectively. By the 1:00 PM EST observation skies remained nearly the  same as they were all morning with just a few stratocumulus distant to the NE-S. Over land, skies were completely clear with excellent visibility- 80 miles in all directions. Temperatures had not been able to crest the 50F degree mark like yesterday, and had reached just 44F by observation time.   Today's Observations: 7 A.M.
