This new rain has erased the monthly deficit for June; however, the deficit for the year remains at more than 3 inches.  Dense fog moved out after sunrise this morning, revealing mostly hazy and humid conditions. Clouds were quick to build in along the coast and Great Blue Hill was caught between a sea breeze and  inland influence.  By the 1:00 PM EST observation partly cloudy conditions were present, with a few moderate cumulus visible ESE and N of the station. Clouds have had some difficulty increasing to a towering stature as temperatures rose to a maximum of 83F.  Today's Observations:   7 A.M.
