A storm total of 2.31 inches of new precipitation was recorded by storm's end, with temperatures unable to reach the 50F degree mark yesterday. Yesterday's average temperature of 46F was 16 degrees below the daily norm. Cloudy, cool and damp continues have been slow to clear this morning.
