By the 10:00 AM EST observation 0.01 inches of new rain were recorded. By the 1:00 PM EST observation an additional trace of new rain had fallen. Skies had cleared somewhat under intermittent bright sunshine. Dew points have remained in the 60s today, with a maximum temperature so far of 80F and hazy conditions.  Today's Observations:   7 A.M.
