Yesterday's average temperature of 41F created another departure in the double digits above normal at +11. Rain began this morning in rounds by the 7:00 AM EST observation, totaling 0.17 inches by the 1:00 PM EST observation. Fog became thick as well, reducing visibility to 3/4 of a mile with 300 feet of vertical visibility. Temperatures had reached a maximum reading of 55F by that time as well.
