EDT.  The total rainfall for yesterday and early today was only 0.08 inch.  The mild weather trend continues with Saturday's high of 70 degrees running 5 degrees above the average for the date and this morning's low of 57 up 10 degrees on the plus side of normal.    After lower than average winds so far this month winds yesterday averaged 16 MPH with peak gusts to around 45 MPH making Saturday our windiest day since April 19th  Winds have averaged quite light at 8.4 MPH through the first ten days of May.   Today's observations:   7 A.M.
