Winds began becoming gusty to 30 MPH E by 5 A.M. and were hitting near 45 MPH E-ENE later this morning.  The peak gust for the day of 46 MPH to 53 MPH ENE was registered at 2:52 P.M. and likely to be increasing more as the day goes on into the mid to late afternoon and evening.
