The summit was cloaked in stratocumulus during the morning's first reading limiting visibility to 1/4 mile in all directions. The drizzle ceased and clouds lifted between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. EST leaving the overcast to slowly break down throughout the day. Temps climbed well into the 60s as pressure slowly climbed and humidity fell.   Between 7:00 A.M. Friday and 7:00 A.M. this morning rain accumulated to a total of 4.09 inches, the heaviest of which coming in the evening hours Friday. These heavy periods also coincided with the fastest winds of the night, peaking at 33 MPH. 0.21 inch of rain fell prior to 7:00 A.M. on Friday, and only a trace was measured after 7:00 A.M.
