Gusty north winds, which have prevailed for many days, increased again overnight for one last burst of several periods of strong winds this week. Peak gusts reached 35 to 45 MPH during the early hours of today before diminishing later this morning.    November temperatures continue to average colder than normal and this month has become the first month of 2010 to run colder than normal at least through the first ten days.    Today's observations:    7 A.M.
