BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2009  ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   WARMING TREND FOLLOWS VERY SUNNY COOL WEEKEND TODAY WILL MAKE THIRD VERY SUNNY DAY IN A ROW SEPTEMBER'S COOL TEMPERATURES HAVE BEEN PART OF A DRY WEATHER PATTERN   Temperatures have begun to recover today into the mid-70's ending a 5-day cool spell with high readings between 60 and 71F and with the daily means averaging 5 degree cooler than normal.
