BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2009 ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   WARM NOVEMBER TO SET RECORDS SUNSHINE BELOW AVERAGE BY TEN POINTS   Unusually warm minimum temperatures will be the reason that this month will rank among our warmest Novembers.  Only two days, both during the first week, had low readings below the freezing mark which may be a new record. There was really only one night during the whole month on November 6-7 which had freezing temperatures.
