Temperatures have reached 68F by early afternoon not far from today's record of 72.  An overnight temperature inversion developed last night into early this morning.  By 3 a.m. the difference was 29 degrees between the nearby low elevation Norwood Airport and here at the summit of Blue Hill.  The thermometer stood at 58F here just before 3 a.m. while the airport was down to 29F degrees!  The over- night lows were 26F at Norwood and 49F here at the summit of Great Blue Hill.      Today's observations:   7 A.M.
