EDT   After warm temperatures over the weekend with a high of 60F on Saturday and 57F yesterday wintry weather has returned this morning.  Light rain began during the early morning hours and changed to sleet and snow before 8 a.m. The accumulation was 0.4 inch at 8 a.m. and reached 1.7 inches by ending time at 9:20 a.m.     Snow began again early this afternoon and had accumulated an additional 0.2 inch by 2 p.m. EDT.
