SUNSHINE RETURNS WITH CUMULUS BUILDING THIS AFTERNOON...
SEA BREEZE BEGINS SHORTLY AFTER NOON...
A mostly sunny sky today is a welcome departure from
the very low sunshine much of this month. Although
sunny, it is also moderately humid today with dew
points in the low to middle 60s. The solar heating
and humidity are generating many moderate cumulus with
rain showers occurring further inland. A westerly
wind turned light and variable late this morning
then shifted to a steady NE sea breeze shortly after
noon.  The high temperature for the day of 78 occurred
earlier this morning.  A dense fog bank has been
visible over the water to the northeast, and this has
moved inland a short distance with the sea breeze.
