Today's high temperature so far is only 51F, several degrees lower than the record of 56F in 1999.    Very gusty winds have been blowing since just after noon with several gusts over 50 MPH observed as well as hourly average wind speeds very close to 30 MPH for most of the afternoon.  The peak gust so far today of 53 MPH from the west occurred at 12:14 P.M.   Very low pressure has been observed since early this morning.  The pressure at 12:00 noon was 29.13 inches Hg (corrected to Sea Level Pressure).  This is the lowest pressure observed since 28.91 inches Hg on December 16, 2007.   Today's observations:   7 A.M.
