Last night was the warmest night of the summer to date with temperatures not dropping below 72F.  In fact much of the night the reading was 73 to 75F along with very high humidity.  August temperatures are now within a fraction of a degree of normal but precipitation is more than one inch below normal.  A wind shift to northeast late this morning.
