The very humid conditions of yesterday have been replaced by moderate humidity levels today. Dew point have dropped from the lower 70's to the low to mid-60's today. Clouds prevailed yesterday and our high temp- erature was held to 77F or 4 degrees below the normal.  Despite the clouds, approaching rain, which occurred over New York and Connnecticut during Sunday, dried up to just a few sprinkles before reaching here late in the afternoon.
