BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY THURSDAY, MAY 24, 2007   ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   CLEAR AND SUNNY WITH INCREASING HAZE TODAY WARMER TEMPERATURES RISING THROUGH TOWARD THE 80S THE FEEL OF SUMMER MAY BRING HIGH TEMPERATURES CLOSE TO THE RECORD HIGH OF 89 DEGREES TOMORROW   Today is still another in our series of sunny and dry beautiful mid-late May days but with temperatures rising steadily from a normal morning low of 50 degrees toward the 80's for this afternoon. Yesterday became the first above normal day in temperature in the past week by two degrees, but today will become several degrees warmer than average. Visibility is decreasing from the 60 to 70 miles yesterday to 20 to 30 miles in increasing amounts of haze.    Tomorrow the continued warming trend may lead to high temperatures getting to at least the upper 80's with a possibility we might challenge the record high of 89 degrees which occurred on May 25, 1981.      Today's observations:   7 A.M.   Weather: High thin scattered cirrus  Temperature: 57F, Dew point: 50F, Wind: SW at 06 kts Sea-level pressure: 30.40 inches Hg, falling   Visibility: 25 miles, hazy     6- hourly min temp. 50 deg.  BHO SA 1155 300 –SCT 25 294/57/49/2206/040/ HAZY/ 8/001 50003 10057 20050    10 A.M.
