THE LAST IN A SERIES OF ARCTIC AIR OUTBREAKS ARRIVING TODAY
WEST WINDS INCREASING WITH GUSTS OVER 40 MPH EARLY AFTERNOON
 
Increasing west winds gusting 40 to nearly 50 MPH early 
this afternoon and lots of clouds with virga or snow flurries 
aloft were occurring as another installment of Arctic air arrived 
today.  The high temperature reached 25 degrees at 12:42 p.m. 
before falling back to the lower 20's during the next hour. 
A trace of snow was observed in a brief very light flurry 
late this morning.
