HEAVY RAIN BRINGS ALMOST AN INCH IN TWO HOURS
 
Heavy rain, including a thunderstorm, brought about 0.85 inch
between noon and 2 p.m. EDT bringing this rainfall event total 
to 1.49 inches. The rainfall was associated with remains of 
Tropical Storm Barry which affected Florida and later the Middle
Alantic coast as a remnant low pressure system. Our peak wind 
gust for the day has been 33 MPH E around 9:30 a.m. EDT this 
morning.
