WARM AND MOSTLY SUNNY WEATHER TODAY...JULY STILL COOLER 
AND DRIER THAN AVERAGE...
Full sunshine this morning has changed by early afternoon as 
the sky is filling with thin cirrus and building cumulus. The 
air is still relatively dry for July with the dew point in the 
middle 50s. As a result, the visibility is very high today for 
this time of year at 70-75 miles.  The month is still averaging
just one degree cooler than average per day. There has been
only one 90 degree day so far this month and just four for
the season to date.
