BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY FRIDAY, JULY 6, 2007   ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   Yesterday's high and low temperature matched the normal climatological values exactly. The strong July sunshine has resulted in building cumulus as of early afternoon. We've had a beautiful view of a thunderstorm as it grew SE of the observatory and we expect more storms before the evening is over. Temperatures have aleady hit 81 at noon and drier air is making its way in on W winds, cutting the haze and improving visibility.  Just before midnight yesterday we did receive .12 inches of rain as a weak thunderstorm skirted the area.   Today's observations:   7 A.M.   Weather: Thin fog, scattered altocumulus, a few cirrus Temperature: 68F, Dew point: 67F, Wind: W at 10 kts Sea-level pressure: 29.80 inches Hg, steady Visibility: 4 miles 6-hour min temp: 66F    24-hour precip: 0.12 BHO SA 1155 3 SCT 120 SCT 200 SCT 4F 092/68/67/2610/980/ THN F STRFRA SCT AC ALQDS FEW CI UNC OVHD 8/111/ 55001 ASOS 70011 MANUAL 70012 10068 20066   10 A.M.
