INCREASING WEST WINDS GUSTING PAST 30 MPH
 
Our morning low temperature of 20 degrees this morning was 
right on the normal for today's date. Today's high temperature
will be in the mid-30's and will be right on the normal for this 
date.  Today is the first day with a thawing temperature since 
the 2nd of February.  
 
By early this afternoon west winds were increasing and gusting
past 30 mph with cumulus clouds forming in sunny skies ahead of
the next cold front and advancing Arctic air mass.
