BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2007   ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   Today's observations:   COOL TEMPERATURES TODAY FOR A 5TH STRAIGHT DAY AND AUGUST AVERAGE SLIPS SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL   Considerable middle and high cloudiness fills the sky today with numerous small breaks and continued northeast winds allowing only a slow temperature rise to the upper 60's to around 70 degrees similar to during the past two days.   Temperatures have averaged 7 degrees below normal over the past four days and the August average has now slipped slightly below normal.   Early morning low temperatures have been unusually cool and under 50 degrees in the lowlands surrounding the Blue Hills.
