BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2007   ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   MODERATING TEMPERATURES TODAY UNDER SUNNY SKIES EASTER SUNDAY WAS PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY, COLD AND WINDY FIRST 8 DAYS OF APRIL MUCH COLDER THAN EARLY JANUARY      A moderating trend away from the much below normal temperatures of the past several days is taking place today under sunny skies.  The morning low temperature was 5 degrees less cold than yesterday morning but still 5 degrees colder than normal.
