Low clouds and fog are hanging tough today with sun's disc seen through the fog and clouds and no sunshine through 1 p.m. Temperatures are again on the mild side of normal with morning low of 40 degrees compared to the normal which is now 33 degrees. The high temperature crept up to 50 degrees just after 1 p.m. The month is now averaging just a fraction of a degree below normal in temperature. A nice bright and sunny day was recorded yesterday with 99% of 9.5 hours of bright sunshine here. The November sunshine is now at 43% of possible; 4 points below normal.
