Not a drop of rain has fallen here today through early afternoon. A nearly stationary thunderstorm was observed 10 miles to our north over Boston late this morning. Building cumulus threaten to change into cumulonimbus this afternoon as an upper air low pressure with cold air aloft moves across the region.
