This is the second consecutive month to be very sunny with September turning in 68% (normal is 56%). The month of October now has a total temperature departure of +75 degrees and is averaging more than 3 degrees WARMER THAN NORMAL DAILY. Only 7 days out of 21 have averaged colder than normal and really only three of them averaged significantly below normal. October is likely to become the third consecutive warmer-than-normal month.
