SUNNIEST FALL ON RECORD! NOV. AT 64% THRU THE 19TH....OCT. 67%....SEPT. 68% Looks like the sunniest Sept.Oct.Nov's (Fall) at BHO and unless we have a lot of cloudy days during the rest of the month we have a sure record--our sunniest fall on record. The year 1941 and 1973 both have an average of 62% for the three months combined and are currently our sunniest. but this year thru 11/19, t he Nov. sunshine is 64% of possible and gives us a three month average of 66%! Sept. had 68%, Oct. 67% and now Nov. so far has 64%....by comparison the average for the 3 mos. is 53%. I heard an estimate from WTIC in Hartford this morning for 66% in Hartford so far this month, pretty good estimate! Normal for November is 47%. TODAY'S OBSERVATIONS.... 7 A.M.
