Well, it certainly seems like it with NE winds gusting as high as 41 mph here on the summit and several hours of light rain and drizzle which had accumulated to almost 1/4 inch (0.23) by late this morning and that includes 0.03 inch for yesterday. The precipitation had pretty much ended by 11 A.M. This is the most rainfall since mid April. The dry spell continues but a least a little rainfall for the very topmost layer of soil. Temperatures are holding in the middle 40's this morning.
