MILDER THAN NORMAL FOR PAST FIVE DAYS... The slightly milder than normal weather continues these last few days of official winter. Spring begins on Tuesday and the Vernal Equinox occurs tomorrow morning at 8:31 A.M. The last five days have all been milder than normal in a March that had all below normal days from the 1st thru the 14th with the exception of 11th which was exactly normal. However, the the month is still averaging a little more than 2 degrees colder than normal. GUSTY MARCH WINDS... Yesterday's peak gust of 44 MPH NW was recorded on Aerovane at 8:45 P.M. Maximum, Inc.
