DRY AND PLEASANT WEATHER CONTINUES...

The pleasant and dry air-mass that overtook the region last week following the
heat-wave continues. Dewpoints have once again dropped into the upper 40s early
this afternoon making for as a comfortable day as you can get at this time 
of year.
Monthly temperature departure is now -74, this means the month is running 2.6
degrees below normal through the 29th.

Lack of rainfall continues to keep us in a deficit for the month, departure
from normal is now -1.09 inch. Will August bring us some rain? Only time will
tell.
