SUNNY BUT COOL JULY SO FAR....
Through the 16th this month is way sunny with almost 70% of the
possible bright sunshine being recorded...

July temperatures are averaging 3 degrees cooler than normal to date...

Please note that for today's date, July 18, we recorded our
highest record high minimum temperature for July and for any day of any
year of record at 54 degrees in three different years; 1892, 1956, and 1971.
