Great Blue Hill WOOF WALK
This Saturday, November 3 10 a.m. |

We invite you and your favorite pooch to join us on this Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 for our first "Woof Walk" up Great Blue Hill. This event is a tribute to "Alp", the St. Bernard, who was the first mascot of Blue Hill Observatory and a true weather dog.
Put on your walking shoes and grab your pets and leashes for a leisurely one-mile walk up the Observatory Service Road to the top of Great Blue Hill. Woof Walk is a fundraiser to support Blue Hill Weather Observatory, a national historic landmark, and premier site for weather education. Registration is only $15 which includes a commemorative bandana for your fair weather Fido.
Meet us at 10 a.m. at the north parking lot between the Trailside Museum and the Canton Avenue split. Bring a picnic, tour the Observatory and enjoy the most beautiful vistas in Southern New England.
For further information or to pre-register, please visit our website or contact Executive Director, Charles Orloff via email- corloff@bluehill.org or phone- 508-776-1879.
