At Blue Hill Observatory we have recorded and investigated weather patterns and the climate for over 134 years.
It is safe to say we LOVE climate science as a source for scientific discovery!
As weather extremes have become more catastrophic our extensive and ongoing recording of the weather has gained global importance to a broad scientific community including the general public.
People around the world want to understand what is happening with the weather—
and the atmosphere.
As BHO is uniquely positioned to facilitate critical research and a dialogue with key stakeholders and the public about climate science—we intend to take the lead!
