Light rain began yesterday morning and continued until early this morning. The rain was moderate to heavy at times yesterday and storm total of 0.90 ins.  was measured. So far February has been an above  average for liquid precip, and we are currently 0.97 ins.  above normal.  With an early morning southern wind temperatures  already have been well above normal today with  a high of 53F around 4:00 A.M. This is 17 degrees  above normal. Also around 4:00 A.M., the wind shifted  from SSE-WNW and temperatures dropped 10 degrees to  43F by 5:00 A.M. Skies have remained mostly overcast  today with a few breaks during each observation. Humidity significantly dropped throughout the day  from 94%-59% by 1:00 P.M.
