ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES, INTERMITTENT RAIN 
SHOWERS, AND OVERCAST SKIES... 

A moderate southern wind has caused temperatures
to rise well above normal today with a high of
51F by 1:00 P.M. This is 16 degrees above the 
normal of 35F. The low today since midnight of 
28F is 10 degrees above normal. Temperatures
have risen 35 degrees since yesterday morning's
minimum of 16F.
Skies remained overcast today with the sun dimly
visible. A couple rain showers quickly moved though
only leaving a trace so far today. Visibility 
was obscured all day by fog and reached a maximum 
of 40 miles at 1:00 P.M. Humidity dropped throughout
the day but dew points still remained high due to
the above average temperatures.
