The sky cleared throughout the day today after multiple days of overcast skies with rainfall. Yesterday afternoon 0.17 ins.  fell on Great Blue hill. So far today has been dry. Temperatures  return to more seasonable after three days of below normal  temperatures. So far we recorded a high of 82F by 1:00 P.M.  This is 2 degrees above the daily normal of 80F. The wind has  been light again today and shifted overnight from the ENE to  coming from the SSE. Humidity remained high this morning at  100% with the dense fog but dropped down to 66% by 1:00 P.M.  Dew points still remained around 70F today for damp feeling air. August as of now is still running above normal for both precipitation and temperatures. Currently we are +1.19 ins above normal for rainfall  and +4.7 degrees above normal for temperature.
