Despite the mild conditions, light haze limited visibility to 60 miles in the late morning and afternoon. Skies were clear at the 7:00AM observation, but cirrostratus clouds preceding the coastal low moved in and caused skies to be nearly overcast in the late morning.  Skies cleared slightly in the afternoon with scattered cirrus and few altocumulus.
