PASSING COLD FRONT BRINGS MORNING RAIN, COOLER TEMPS

A passing cold front made morning skies mostly cloudy, and
a trace of precip. was measured between 8:00AM and 9:00AM EST
due to light rain.  Light fog was observed during the rain
but quickly cleared to maintain a day of 70 miles of visibility.

High pressure and dry air helped to keep skies mostly sunny in
the late morning once the front passed. Diurnal cumulus formed
in the afternoon and became a broken cloud layer by the 1:00PM
observation.  The cold front has also brought cooler temps.
The overnight low measured 57F and the max. by 1:00PM was 75F.
