We had a high of only 71F by 1 P.M. This is close to 10 degrees cooler than the normal daily temperature. An overnight rainstorm left 0.17 inches of precipitation.  Winds were light and variable, even calm at the 7 A.M. observation. This morning we had patches of fog in all directions which dissipated before the 10 A.M. observation. Skies turned overcast by 1 P.M.  Today's Observations: 7 A.M.
