A total of 5.76 inches fell over the 3-day period from October 30th to November 1st, 1991, and the daily total on October 31st of 3.74 inches remains the record for that date. Precipitation began as a mix of light rain and sleet at mid-day on the 30th with rain of varying intensity, becoming occasionally heavy the next day.  The peak wind gust for the storm reached 52 mph from the northeast the evening of the 30th. Temperatures generally remained in the 40's throughout the storm.     For today, warm temperatures prevailed with 50's climbing up into the 60s under cloudy skies with calm winds. Conditions are generally dry with the relative humidity slowly falling into the low 50s.    7 A.M.
