BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2015  ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME   TODAY'S RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 71F EQUALED AROUND 1 P.M. UNUSUALLY WARM START TO NOVEMBER 11.2 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL OVERNIGHT LOW OF 60F; NORMAL LOW IS 36F HEAVY DEW AND CONDENSATION BUT NO PRECIPITATION     Today's record high temperature of 71F was equaled very close to 1 P.M. The most accurate reading of 70.6 degrees occurred in the Hazen shelter near 1 p.m.   The high temperature of 72F yesterday fell short of the record of 76F set in 1994. Today's record high is 71F in 1959, and there is a chance to easily surpass that record if the sun begins to shine.  The morning low of 60 degrees would set a record high minimum if the low for today remains above the record of 58 set in 1938.     In addition, if today's minimum should remain at 60 degrees it would equal the warmest daily minimum during the month of November set at 60 degrees on November 8, 1996.    The dew point rose to 60 degrees overnight and we observed heavy condensation on most all surfaces early this morning along with some fog.      PRELIMINARY STATS FOR OCTOBER 2015   TEMPERATURE, Deg.
