BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2015 ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME HUMIDITY FINALLY EXITS THE REGION AS DRY AIR RETURNS Dew points that have been stuck in the upper 60s and low 70s since Friday have finally started to drop as drier air and high pressure began to work into the region this morning. Fog was present for the 7:00 AM EST observation, but by 10:00 AM, fog had lifted and sunny conditions were present.  By the 1:00 PM EST observation skies were mostly sunny with improving visibility. Hazy conditions were still in place; however, 40 miles in all directions could been seen compared with this morning's 3/4 of a mile. Dew points had dropped to the lower 60s with a steady wind from the W. A maximum temperature of 82F was  recorded at the same time as well.    Today's Observations: 7 A.M.
