The fastest mile, coming at 7:29 PM EST, was registered at 40 MPH from the SSW. Showers moved through the area not long after winds began to subside last evening, bringing 0.03 inches of new rain. Clear to partly cloudy conditions were present this morning following an overnight low of 37F. By the 1:00 PM EST observation showers and virga were distant and visible in most directions, though excellent visibilities of nearly 80 miles was also present.
