The driest September on record of 0.45 inches, back in 1914, may be in jeopardy depending on what rain may fall tomorrow. Cirrostratus that was distant to the SE-SW at the 7:00 AM EST  observation were quick to filter in along with low level cumulus  and thin fog. By the 1:00 PM EST observation low cumulus and increasing  cirrostratus/cirrus invading from the south were in place with a visibility of 40 miles in all directions.
