Shortly after, the fog lifted and covered the hill limiting visibility at times down to 1/16 of a mile and only 100 feet vertically. Last night's overnight low of 50F was just 2 degrees below what should be our daily normal maximum of 52F for this time of the year. Yesterday's 24-hr average of 52F was 9 degrees above the norm.   Today's Observations: 7 A.M.
