Only 0.01 inches of rain were measured. By 8:00, the sky was beginning to clear, and sunshine was observed soon after. The temperature has risen steadily all day today, even during the hours after midnight, with our morning low of 35F occurring right at midnight. Helped by the increasing sunshine, the temperature was up to 54F by the 1:00 observation this afternoon, making for a pleasant day. It has been a breezy day, with the wind averaging over 15mph from the S-SW so far, with gusts up to 32mph. Nearing its midway point, March continues to run cooler than normal by over four degrees.
